General Contractors in Phoenix

If you own your home and plan to stay in it for a while, now is a great time for home improvements. There's a lot of competition among general contractors in Phoenix as well as around the country. Word on the street is that they are making bids, but homeowners are not pulling the trigger. Use this as leverage to get the best possible price for your project.

One local general contractor in Phoenixyou might want to look at is Fusion Design and Development. They list their Better Business Bureau link right on the home page, so you know they take customer service seriously. You can check out their photo gallery to see the type of work they do.

Of course, you should get bids from other contractors as well. Let them know you're doing this. If you have one contractor you prefer, give them a chance match the lowest bid. It can't hurt!

Alenara's Real Identity

Ever wonder who Alenara was? You know, the breatharian from Sweden who toured Poland telling people that they could live on air? Turns out she moved moved to America to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. It also turns out that Alenara has adopted a new identity - VisionFromFeeling.

Fortunately, Alenara aka VisionFromFeeling aka Anita Ikonen has come to the attention of skeptics. If you click on the link, you will find a website devoted to stopping Alenara/VFF/Anita from spreading her nonsense. Real people can and do get seriously hurt from this breatharian nonsense. Sure, you may not think so, but take a look at all the other crazy things this woman is telling people. Is this someone you would trust about anything serious?

Red Mountain Homes in Mesa, Arizona

Shopping for a home is never easy. One of the first things you must decide is where you want to live. Some people "limit" their search to an entire state. Others look for homes at the city level. Still others narrow it down to a part of the city. The smart home shopper looks in specific neighborhoods!

The trick is finding a Realtor who knows the area. Many agents today realize how important it is to specialize in a few areas. It's better for their clients, and it's better for their business. Take Jaime Robinson. She recently started a website specifically for homes in the Red Mountain area of Mesa, Arizona.  She has a number of hand-picked listings for the neighborhood. She's now the "go-to" agent for that area.

So, when you're looking to buy a home, think locally. Maybe you'll find a nice neighborhood like Red Mountain and never have to worry about moving again!
